A simplified gel electrophoretic system and its validity for molecular weight determinations of protein-cetyltrimethylammonium complexes
Proteins ranging in molecular weight from 90,000 to 15,000 daltons were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) at pH 4.6.
