Development of three-dimensional (3D) full automated paper-based elisa devices for easy production and preservation stability

© 15CBMS-0001. A new 3D design of paper-based device on nitrocellulose (NC) membrane with the BCIP/NBT substrate kept on soluble solid for fully automatic multistep sequencing of sandwich ELISA has been developed to improve sensitivity, mass productivity and lifetime of the device. The detection lim...

The detection limit of the 3D device with the BCIP/NBT substrate kept on soluble solid was found to be 1.01 mIU/mL which is lower than that with direct immobilization (10.7 mIU/mL). This device can be applied for a greater variety of clinical (point of care assays) or environmental analysis. 2018-11-23T10:09:05Z 2018-11-23T10:09:05Z 2015-01-01 Conference Paper MicroTAS 2015 - 19th International Conference on Miniaturized Systems for Chemistry and Life Sciences.
