This study focused on evaluation of the installed electrical apparatuses capability. This final work reviewed the installed electrical apparatuses capability in PT. XYZ , Tbk. The analysis consists of load flow and short circuit study. Load flow study is carried out to evaluate rating capacity of power transformer, busbar, circuit breaker and fuse. Meanwhile, short circuit study is carried out to evaluate breaking capacity of circuit breaker and fuse. This study is based on three scenarios. In the first scenario, PT. XYZ's power system is supplied only by PLN which is the existing power system. In the second scenario, PT. XYZ's power system is supplied only by CPP and in the third scenario, it is supplied by both PLN and CPP. The final objective of this study is determining the best power system scenario is best to be applied in PT. XYZ and giving recommendation additional electrical apparatuses that's needed to support each scenario. The study has been done using ETAP power system (Electrical Transient Analyzer Program) version 4.00. text |
