Therefore, human resources management is needed to build personals with appropriate competence and can handle all existing works.<p>One of the management type that able to be used by the company is Profesi dengan 3 Jalur ber-Jenjang (P3JJ) pattern. According to P3JJ pattern, competence can built by elaborating work element and type. Science, technology, and knowledge understanding which needed in works handling will become base in personals competence planning. Hence, knowledge based personals will be formed.<p>A human competence planning based on P3JJ pattern will enable an effective and efficient works handling. In addition, company's core competence will be formed. Company's core competence will become stock in company development in the future. text
