Since the level of customer's expectation to the product is dynamic, there are many prediction approach have been used by the researcher, however in this thesis development is performed to the model of QFD's planning matrix with grey prediction method to overcome the availability of historical data. Further, the developed model is applied to the case of Thabrani (2007) to verify performance of the model. By using zero-one goal programming, the achievement of customer satisfaction on the basis of budget's constrain then be compared for the both of models, and its shown an improvement on the level of customer satisfaction achieved, in this case, the developed model has better performance. text
