With primary sequences are 1) Drilling face, 2) charging and blasting, 3) mucking and hauling, 4) ground supporting and 5) shotcrete. In the last few months, tunnel advance target was not achieved. One of the causes is no target scheduling. Therefore, an operational scheduling with actual condition consideration tried to be made as a solution in order to obtain monthly target.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Researches started with statistical calculation for 5 primary stages completion time from historical and field observation data. Based on the calculation, we got the minimum, average and maximum time needed for completing 1 tunneling cycle. As seen, ground supporting have a biggest average percentage and biggest time usage deviation. Thus, for reducing time usage for this stage, a detail theoretical approach has done by considering some aspects a) drilling velocity correlated to rock mass condition and drilling tool specification, b) split set spacing, c) standard pattern to set up split set and weld mesh, c) actual mechanical availability.<p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> After average time usage for 5 stages has gotten, then refer to equipment usage limit and actual tunneling rule, an operational scheduling scheme for 3 heading in GBC Terminal was recommended. This scheme can be used as a work achievement schedule for obtaining monthly advance target. text
