In order to formulate strategies Paiton Unit 1 & 2 deal with the presence of new competitors in the same region, the authors use the TOWS matrix and compare several alternative solutions generated. Then using the performance criteria include: contribution benefits, the additional revenue, the risk of failure, implementation effort and the payback period, the author will choose the best option based on weight produced the highest rating. <br /> text |
