After the analysis of the questionnaire was obtained with a knot that leaders of democratic leadership style most appropriate in the implementation of knowledge management readiness. Autocratic leadership although can be received by the employee, but the concept does not match the demands of Knowledge Management (KM). While delegatif leadership style, has not been felt appropriate in the implementation of KM, because it has not been trusted in the running of the subordinate delegated tasks. text
