Summary:Final project is about making FMEA form of steam turbine <br /> <br /> <br /> PLTGU Bekasi Power in order to know the Risk Priority Number in which explain the priority of maintenance task. Traditional maintenance only focus on time based maintenance, it doesn’t care the cause of the failure. This can make the same pattern of failure modes in the other times. With implementing failure mode and effect analysis, we can solve this problem. FMEA prior the maintenance task based on the risk, another adventage of implementing FMEA is we know what should do to the failure. It can makes the maintenance more <br /> <br /> <br /> effective and efficient, so we don’t need to do something useless which sometimes do in traditional maintenance.
