Summary:Maple Park Apartment project was one of the project won by PT Jaya Abadi Utama trough tender process. The project was planned finished within 1 (one) year and spent cost around 12 (twelve) Billions Rupiah. However the project did not work as planned before. So the project became ineffective and inefficient. <br /> <br /> <br /> There are 2 (two) core problems in Maple Park apartement project, such as : <br /> <br /> <br /> (1) Working process for running the project did not reach the final targets base on triple constraints (scope, time, cost). <br /> <br /> <br /> (2) The weakness of the project controlling process. <br /> <br /> <br /> This final assignment is made to solve the problem of Maple Park apartement project through the application of project manajement. <br /> <br /> <br /> The focus of this final assignment is analizing project design system of Maple Park apartment. Finally 2 (two) analysis methods are recommended to solve the problems <br /> <br /> <br /> of Maple Park apartement project, which are : <br /> <br /> <br /> 1. Analytic Hierarchy Process method is use to choose priority recommendations for solving project working process. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. Mc Kinsey frame work for stronger project controlling process. <br /> <br /> <br /> There are some priority actions after doing the analyses. Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle is used to implement the action resulted from analyses method. Through PDCA cycle we can view the schedule of each action’s implementation. Afterward human and financial resources will be needed to apply the actions.
