The biggest challenge for the entrepreneurs is how to make their company survive facing that globalization effect and how to create a long company life cycle. That is why every company has to choose the right business strategies in order to win the competition. Corporate entrepreneurship is one of the strategic action to increase company’s capacities to cope with the growth of the industry. Corporate entrepreneurship should be implemented in every aspects of the company to encourage employee to be more innovative, proactive and risk taking. This Final Project is trying to measure level of corporate entrepreneurship practice in PT. CI Bandung branch, one of hygiene service company. Corporate Entrepreneurship Assessment Instrument (CEAI) is used to measure level of corporate entrepreneurship practice and defines that corporate entrepreneurship is influenced by five factors such as management support, work discretion, reward and reinforcement, time availability, and organization boundaries. This Final Project is expected can provide management with the perspective of corporate entrepreneurship current level as a starting point to lead and improve implementation of corporate entrepreneurship in the company. The implementation of corporate entrepreneurship should be improved continuously and put as a company’s core program. This research shows Management Support, Work Discretion, and Time Availability are the significant factors that will support the development of entrepreneurial behavior of PT. CI Bandung branch employees. text
