Summary:In 2002 operation team decided to stop operating the gathering station at X field and deliver the fluid from X field to gathering station Y field that located 8 Km from X field. The production team decided to optimize the operation be deliver fluid production from small field to one GS. After dispatching the fluid production into the Y GS, the pressure at the well head (WHP) at field X increased significantly from average 50 – 70 to 130 - 150 Psi. <br /> <br /> <br /> The increasing on the WHP due to the difference of elvation between field X and Y. Field Y 30 ft higher compare to field X. Based on simulation result and sensitivity analysis, we found that 30 ft increasing the elvation will give direct impact increasing the WHP ~ 72 Psi. <br /> <br /> <br /> Pilot reactivation program at X field, well X007 producing fluid 100 BPD and oil 80 BOPD. But there was problem with the well, since well only operated 15 days a month. The well was down due to WHP 250 Psi. Team decided to tie in the production line from well X002 to increase the fluid velocity at well X007. After completed the tied in process the well is POP 24 hour a day.
