Summary: | This research explains the preparation of PT. Bosowa Maros Energi (BME) as a subsidiary company of PT. Bosowa Corporindo (BC) in preparing power plan project of 2x55 MW for internal use of PT. Semen Bosowa Maros (SBM). SBM is also a subsidiary company of Bosowa Corporindo (BC) in cement industry and mainly operating in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi.
Because of the nature of internal use, then decision making for building this power plant is different from the decision making for independent power plant sells power to PLN or special industrial area (KIK). Building this power plant must as effiient as possible with tariff sold to PT. SBM cannot exceed PLN electricity tariff. Thus, balancing tariff price as income and its total project cost must be assessed with the principle of prudentially, and win-win solution among Bosowa Group companies..
Analysis conducted in technical, environmental, legal, and financial area. Result of this research is Power Plant 2x55 MW Bosowa Maros Energy is ready (feasible) for technical, legal, environmental, and financial. All the aspects has been calculated with the accountable method, such as NPV and IRR, Payback Period, Balance Sheet analysis, Cash Flow analysis, legal analysis, environmental analysis, and many more in the Chapter III of this paper.
