Information as a crucial factor needs for effectiveness and efficiency of the <br /> <br /> government organization. Poor information quality can negatively affect the <br /> <br /> decision making process and IS success. Computerized system and integrated hajj <br /> <br /> information (SISKOHAT) is a system that manages data and information on Hajj <br /> <br /> pilgrimage systems as the heart of Hajj success in Indonesia. In fact, based on <br /> <br /> SISKOHAT audit results in 2012 seen many problems that have a high risk on the <br /> <br /> failure of the pilgrimage system that causes the implementation of SISKOHAT <br /> <br /> unsuccessful. Relation with this, in order to relize the vision and mission of the <br /> <br /> Ministry of Religious Affairs to increase the efficiency, transparency, <br /> <br /> accountability and quality of pilgrimage system, of course, General Directorate of <br /> <br /> Hajj and Umrah should pay attention in management of information system. <br /> <br /> The results of audit should be made as recommendations in making <br /> <br /> improvements, but not all audit results show clear and measureable problems <br /> <br /> cause its has breadth problem so the improvement should be done from a clear <br /> <br /> and measurebale persfective . Delone & McLean IS success model is one of the <br /> <br /> widely most used models for measuring the success of information systems. This <br /> <br /> model used to determine the factors of non-success and improvement priority in <br /> <br /> domain problems. <br /> <br /> The main purpose of this research to provide the stages of information product <br /> <br /> system improvement based on case study carried out on pilgrimage system in the <br /> <br /> General Directorate of Hajj and Umrah and mapping the indicators and solution to <br /> <br /> the problems based on information process flow.
