This development is based on the need for space for activities in the area of the masjid. The planning of the masjid area consists of determining the construction methods, project scheduling, project cost estimation and technical specification. <br />

The construction method is planned by dividing the project into several work packages. The first package is preparatory work. The substructures work consist of spun pile and pile cap & tie beam work. The masjid structure consists of beam, column, slab, and steel roof work. Meanwhile, the minaret and the supporting building work consist of beam, column, and slab work. The parking lot work becomes the last package that consists of land clearing and installation of paving block. <br />

Based on project scheduling planning, the total duration of the construction project is 377 days. The calculation of duration is based on two types of work, which are work with the lad resource of heavy equipment and work with the lead resourcce of labours. The planning also generates the project’s critical path. <br />
<br />
For the project cost estimation, it is done by planning consultants, and the output is Engineer’s Estimate which will be used by the owner for the bidding and construction process. The cost estimation is conducted using analysis of unit prices in accordance with SNI 2008 on Unit Pricing Analysis for Building Construction. The estimated cost of the construction project is Rp 26.533.138.968; which already includes the direct and indirect costs of the project. |
