Project schedule provides information about when a particular task or work is to be started or finished. Without a proper project schedule, a project could be <br />

delayed and overrun the project budget. This final project's scope of work is only for preparation work, foundation work and structural work. Milestone and resources are the boundary used on this design. There are two factors that affect the length of duration of the schedule which are assignment based on heavy equipment's productivity and assignment based on manpower's productivity. This project schedule design is made using software project management and gives 317 days of duration. Beside duration, the project schedule can also gives information about the critical path which is needed to be aware of so there will not be any delay. |
