It is proposed that beside heat distribution by conduction, polygon baking pan’s shape can affects whether the food is evenly or unevenly baked and contains dough with considerable amount. In this final project, the baking pan’s shape which optimizes heat distribution and area are investigated. Therefore, diffusion equation is studied for steady-state and unsteady-state on various baking pan’s shape. The determination of baking pan’s is done by minimizing the difference between temperature at the edge and at the centre of baking pan for fixed area. text |
