In the effort built PLTU to realize the program. One of them is PLTU located in Java Sea area, that is Cirebon. The plant needs coal as a raw material for electricity. In its mobilization, coal unloading terminal is needed as a means of unloading and then supplied to PLTU. <br /> <br /> The coal unloading terminal is a wharf with jetty deck on pile. Dock planning is based on environmental data, ship data, and operational data that needs to meet design criteria. Structural analysis on the dock is done to find out the ability of the structure to withstand the load working on the dock either from the port or environmental activities. The structural analysis process for this dock uses SAP2000 software by inputting the dimensions of the dock structure, dock component elements, and loads that work on the dock. <br /> <br /> The output of structural analysis using SAP2000 software is Unity Check Ratio, structural deflection, internal force, and placement reaction. Unity Check Ratio and deflection of the structure must meet the requirements that have been determined. Then the internal force is used in the process of reinforcing concrete structures such as beams, plates, and pile caps. And the placement reaction is used in the analysis of the axial carrying capacity of the soil at the stake. Then analysis the cost material for the unloading coal dock structure. text |
