We cannot deny the use of credit card, because it is related to the development of technology and information that grow very besides the existence of this product is needed by the people in Indonesia, no exception is millennial generation. <br /> <br /> This research aims to analyze and describe the marketing campaign bjb credit card that has been carried out by the bank bjb, and will provide recommendations based on the analysis. Surveys are used to collect data about customer insights into bjb credit card, and based on survey results the level of customer awareness of bjb credit card is low. Although Bank bjb uses all the campaign bjb credit card, they are not focusing on some of the most influential campaign like online campaign namely social media, to improve awareness and promote bjb credit card to the wider public, social media can reach young people as potential markets according to the target of bjb credit card. <br /> <br /> By optimizing the online campaign namely social media as a promotion bjb credit card that has been done by bank bjb and adding other digital media ads as advertising and promotion bjb credit card, as well as adding promos or discounts offered by bjb credit card, it can help the credit card bjb raise awareness and promote to the wider public, and attract more customers to use bjb credit card, and are expected to improve awareness and sales from online campaigns. <br /> text
