And all of branches MD Clinic located at West Java (Bandung), South Sulawesi (Makassar), Jakarta, Bogor and Surabaya coming soon. At MD Clinic Bandung has 3 sub branches (Buah Batu, Aceh, and Kopo street). MD Clinic has the main problem from MD Clinic Kopo because it has low awareness from public than competitor in the same industry. To solve the issue faced, analized with internal and external and can get SWOT. The next step identify root cause. MD Clinic Kopo needs strengthen their brand awareness with the way marketing mix (place, process, and physical evidence). Based on analysis, there are solution suggestion. |
