Within 5 years, the government together with PLN and the private sector will build 109 plants; where one of them is the construction of PLTM Lambur in Lambur Village, Kandangserang District, Pekalongan Regency, Central Java Province. The mainstay debit to be used is 8 m3/s with 53% reliability.

The results of this MHP planning resulted in a potential power of 4.83 MW with an annual energy production potential of 31.48 GWh. The construction cost of main building and embankment at power house at PLTM Lambur is approximately Rp. 19.678.483.774 billion rupiah with income Rp. 31.485.925.153 billion rupiah per year.
