Summary:This research analyzes the importance of attributes in determining flat prices in Bandung. There are 10 attributes included in the calculation, which are size, age, level, interior, distance to city center, distance to university, distance to shopping mall, distance to train station, distance to the airport, and view. There are 234 units sample used which were taken from 24 apartments in Bandung. Hedonic pricing method is used in this research considering it is a very well-known model to analyze property value and often used to explain various characteristics of a property. Multiple Linear Regression technique is used to analyze the correlation between the attributes and apartment price. The result shows there are 5 significant attributes that include size, interior, age, distance to shopping mall, and distance to train station.
