There are 234 units sample used which were taken from 24 apartments in Bandung. Hedonic pricing method is used in this research considering it is a very well-known model to analyze property value and often used to explain various characteristics of a property. Multiple Linear Regression technique is used to analyze the correlation between the attributes and apartment price. The result shows there are 5 significant attributes that include size, interior, age, distance to shopping mall, and distance to train station. text
