Until now Ayo Liburan has 3 destinations, namely Karimunjawa, Labuan Bajo and Sumba with a variety of different tour packages. At present there is an increase in the number of tourist visits and the need for tour packages to Indonesia, but that also affects the travel of new travel agencies that provide tour packages. Even so, Indonesia still has so many destinations that can be used as tourism objects. Based on data from the Directorate General of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Indonesia has 17,504 islands stretching from Sabang to Merauke. The total area of Indonesia is 7.81 million km2 consisting of 2.01 million km2 of land, 3.25 million km2 of sea, and 2.55 million km2 of Special Economic Zones (SEZ). Indonesia is a country with a larger area than land area, so Indonesia is called a maritime country. This potential is very supportive to be developed into a marine tourism destination. This study aims to determine the appropriate new products, several methods have been applied in this paper. The first method is the study of literature to obtain information relating to the location and suitability of locations based on ecology. The results of this method are theoretical information about environmental conditions, natural resources, and also objects as a marine tourism destination. The second method is to survey directly to the location. The results of this method are location profiles, business partners and also insights for packages. After that it is done internally and externally to find out the internal conditions of Ayo Liburan and also in other sectors. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies that will be used to produce new products. The results of the process that has been carried out to develop new products for Ayo Liburan, set out in the form of a canvas business model. The new product from Ayo Liburan to be developed from the destination analyzed in this case Parang Island is an open trip package which is then implemented in the form of a short-term plan Ayo Liburan. text |
