In its development plan, President Joko Widodo's government has encouraged cooperation with other countries for development with advanced technology. One of the development projects that uses advanced technology today is the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway project. PT KCIC (Kereta Cepat Indonesia China) as the owner of the project has a mission to carry out technology transfer. This technology transfer is important not only for the benefit of PT KCIC but also for Indonesia's progress. Being a strategic project in a critical location resulted in the progress of the high-speed railway project highlighted by many parties. Facing this, PT KCIC's current focus is on deadlines and construction progress. This research was conducted to analyze the current conditions of the technology transfer process at PT KCIC. The qualitative approach uses research instruments in the form of interviews, carried out to gain an understanding of the sources in the company regarding the technology transfer process. From the qualitative data analysis, the root problem in the technology transfer process at PT KCIC is related to people, process and technology factors. The solution recommended by this study is based on analysis at the root cause is the preparation of plans and improvements to the people, process, technology factors related to the technology transfer process at PT KCIC. With the implementation in the form of agreement evaluation, policy setting, language training, and procurement of technology transfer infrastructure. text |
