Nowadays, infrastructure development projects are emerging in this country, one of those projects is construction project of Laboratorium Uji Doping Institut Teknologi Bandung which is in maintenance phase now. Construction delivery planning is required for any construction project in order to keep the construction works away from any resistance. The purposes of this thesis are to re-planning the building’s construction delivery planning which consists of implementation method, scheduling, and the project’s cash flow; and also suggest a change on the implementation method which planned by contractor. The case study is done by observing contractor’s specification documents, bill of quantity, and project’s S-curve. From this case study, a new idea of implementation method can be delivered. Scheduling are planned by applying Critical Path Method and using Microsoft Project. Scheduling is also planned with different duration from contractor’s duration. Cash flow is planned by considering the new duration and the change suggestion. At the final, the results are a change of material from red brick to Celcon brick, and the project’s duration is 191 days.
