This structure will be available in the city of Medan, North Sumatra. This building is made to fulfill the need of workspace and place for entertainment. The planning process of Green Motion consists of construction method, implementation method, project scheduling, and project cost estimation. Construction method and execution method are planned by dividing construction works into packages. Those work packages begin with preparatory work. The substructure works consists of diaphragm wall, bored pile foundation with pile cap, and ground anchor. The soil works consists of excavation, embankment, compaction, and soil transport. The superstructure works consists of column, beam, slab, and wall. Based on the schedule, the total duration of this project will be 1064 days. This planning is referred to the heavy machine’s lead resources and labor’s lead resources. This planning also has its own critical path. The project cost estimation is based on the consultant planner’s view and the output is Engineer’s Estimate which will be use by the owner for the reference during the construction process and bidding. The cost estimation is conducted using unit price analysis based on Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahaan Rakyat no 28/PRT/M/2016. The estimated cost of the construction project is Rp564.946.901.000; which included direct and indirect cost. text
