The main business issues is the competitor in wedding photography industry is very high, which makes Hangout Photography less competitive in the market. The purpose is to analyze any business opportunity for Hangout Photography. This research collect the primary data using the qualitative research method, and the data are gather from the internet, books and literature. All data will be interpreted by using Five Porter analysis and Market Opportunity Analysis. Using the Five Porter analysis, wedding photography is a Red Ocean. There there are around 109 wedding photography vendor in Semarang. Not to mention the competitors around it. Using the Market Opportunity Analysis, there are more opportunity for Hangout Photography, by separate the segmentation into two, Business to Customer and Business to Business. There are some strategy for Hangout. The first strategy is to collaborate with wedding organizers. The second strategy is to approach to the B-to-B segment. Hangout priority is small businesses who have and don’t have business entities, because the bigger company and school, they have a long bureaucracy, also Hangout don’t have SIUP to penetrate that hitch. Lastly, Hangout must make SIUP to reach more clients. text
