The most contributing genres to the total book sales were children's books, fiction and religion books. Republika Publisher is one of national publishers that is well-known as Islamic publisher. It actually published various genres, but mostly published Islamic books and religious/moral-nuanced novels. This research identifies three issues faced by Republika Publisher namely the issues of dependence of one of the authors, technology transformation and distribution channel threat. This applied research used qualitative method by analyzing the internal and external environments of the business followed by SWOT and TOWS analysis. After that researcher proposed business solution to solve the existing business problems, then offered implementation plan to generate revenue growth for the company. Researcher recommends the company to use integrated cost leadership/differentiation strategy. The objective of using this strategy is to efficiently produce products with some differentiated features. In detail, the company is suggested to do market penetration, global expansion, cooperation with other companies, recruit best-selling authors, develop online selling and promotion, recruit and leverage new authors, develop B2B market, cooperation with movie production house, recruit new employees, digital transformation and reduce book piracy. To execute the proposed business strategy, researcher offered an implementation plan with considering person-in-charge, budgeting, expected revenue and time line. The strategy is hopefully able to make the company’s performance better in the future. text
