Summary: | The implementation of knowledge sharing activities at PT Jasa Marga has not run optimally. This is supported by data owned by the company that employee participation in conducting knowledge sharing activities in the form of uploading content continues to decline each year with the same amount of training each year. This means that not all employees want to participate in knowledge sharing activities. This study measures the intention of employees in conducting knowledge sharing by using Theory of Planned Behavior which consists of subjective norm, attitude toward knowledge sharing behavior, and perceived behavioral control. Variable attitude toward knowledge sharing behavior is influenced by several factors, namely extrinsic reward, social trust, sense of self-worth, and expected association. In this study, the method of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 75 employees with predetermined characteristics. The results showed that only expected association variable had a significant influence on attitude toward knowledge sharing behavior. While the variables that influence the intention to share knowledge are attitude toward knowledge sharing behavior and perceived behavioral control. |
