As a Service Provider Company, PT. Harazaki has a very open opportunity to continue to develop their business, due to an issue from the government that will start limiting to give SIPA permits(Surat Pengambilan Air Tanah). This issue caused all mineral water brands have difficulties in establishing new factories. PT. Harazaki is a production service provider of Mineral Water that established on 2011. PT. Harazaki located at Pasir Pogor, Bogor, West Java. As a service provider, PT. Harazaki has a very high dependence on the customer. However they have declining of sales from 2017 to 2018 and almost bankrupt because some customers of PT. Harazaki went bankrupt and stopped to using their services. The study is aimed to analysis the best strategy in order to keep survive on this condition, PT. Harazaki must create an effective and successful strategy to increase performance. The company should analyze the condition which affect company’s performances itself. Those analysis is a strategic tool to identify external element and internal elements. For external analysis using 5 Porter Forces, and for Internal analysis using VRINT Framework and Resource and Capability analysis. After all was analyzed, it resulted in business root causes of the decrease in sales. Ansoff Growth Matrix Analysis is the solution for PT. Harazaki Surya Abadi. After analysis the current condition, the best strategy is using Diversification Strategy. PT. Harazaki can be distributor or reseller of their customer product so they can get more income, and simultaneously can increase use of their production service. text
