This social conflict should be deepen soon to make win-win solution for both sides. Hence, comprehensively it will take more understanding of their social condition to acknowledge why those rejection arise. This study aim to identify social impact that comes from development system of BRT Trans Metro Bandung and will try to evolving the strategy to minimize negative impact that may appear. Within SIA tasks approaching in this research, hopefully it will uses not only to predict and analyze adverse and positive impact but also offering mitigation steps that maximize the benefits with lower risk for people who work in this angkot industry. As a community that will directly face the impact of this BRT Trans Metro Bandung development system, the owner and angkot drivers would be the one who closer to the risk and must get more attention. This BRT System has affected their income. Meanwhile, those people only taking less choice to adjust the condition but stay on that field. This research finding shows that development system of BRT Trans Metro Bandung is not have been done in a participatory way. Socialization proces only done to several representation, while the owner and much drivers lack of this BRT development information. SIA approaching through involve in the impacted community is a way to respect their rights and even pushing them join into policy managerial to face any future possibility. text
