geographical location of Indonesia, Indonesia as an archipelagic country, which consist of
many islands and ocean from Sabang to Merauke. Based on Government Regulation No.
77 of 2012 and mandated by Law No. 1 of 2009 concerning flights in which the Airport
and Airspace arrangements must be separate, the government established a company that
is specialized in providing Aviation Navigation Services namely the Perum Lembaga
Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (LPPNPI) or commonly
called AirNav Indonesia. As the only air navigation service provider in Indonesia, air
navigation services will be more focused so it can improve flight safety. The newly formed
company, AirNav Indonesia experiences many obstacles and challenges that must be faced,
one of them is its human resources. To provide good service to support the company's
vision and mission, human resources are needed to have professional quality and high
integration. To adjust the professional quality, the company requires training to help
employees improve their skills and quality of work. Employees at the Directorate of Human
Resources and General Affairs are given training according to their expertise and level of
work. Training that will be given is a Basic Human Resource that organized by AirNav
Indonesia. In this research, the researcher used quantitative methodology by distributing a
Questionnaire to training participants and the Managers. Then the researcher uses those
data to analys the training evaluation of Basic Human Resource After doing the analysis
and got the result from a questionnaire, the researcher evaluated training from level 1 to
level 3. The results of the evaluation are expected to be a reference and recommendation
for further training. |
