Including in Indonesia, consumption of oil and gas has increased each year, as can be seen from the number of oil and gas imports. In 2007 the number of oil and gas imports was in 34.7 million per year increased 45% to 50.4 million in 2017. With the amount described, it will be increasingly difficult to commit to a reduction Indonesia's greenhouse gas emissions listed in First Nationally Determined Contribution, which is 29%or 314 million tons of CO2e (unconditional) and 41% or 398 million tons of CO2e (conditional) in 2030. Therefore, sustainable transportation is an alternative offered in the Indonesia Energy Outlook (BPPTOEI) 2018. The objectives of this paper to analyze Consumer’s WTP (willingness to pay) is supported positively to their purchase intention of Electric Vehicle, to analyze Consumer’s perceived value of Electric Vehicle is supported positively to their purchase intention of Electric Vehicle, to analyze Consumer’s environmental concern is supported positively to their purchase intention of Electric Vehicle. The tools used in this study is PLS. The advantage of PLS is its ability to map all paths to many variables depending on the same research model and analyze all paths in a structural model that uses simultaneous. (Gefen, Straub, and Boudreau, 2000). The result all variables exceed 0,70 , which indicates that the measurement model possessed are reliable. Respondent’s answer to the statement is consistent. Average Variance Extracted (AVE) all variables exceed 0,50 , which indicates that the measurement model possessed are valid. The finding is Environmental Concern is not influence to WTP because of P value = 0.112 > 0.05. In line with the comparison of T table 1.971, the result of T statistic 1.592 is not greater than T table. Perceived Value became the most influenced to willingness to pay more (T Statistic 7.196 > T Table 1.971) became the mediation to influence the purchase intention (T Statistic 5.063 > T Table 1.971). Increasing the source of perceived value with the knowledge, sense and accepting of EVs through the popularize of the EVs will influenced the purchase intention. text |
