Observation through quantitative and qualitative methods are used to corroborate the allegation of the role ambiguity in the X Center. Quantitative results through questionnaires to 30 samples out of 32 populations showed, as much as 83.34% of employees felt the ambiguity in the X Center. Furthermore, interviews conducted with 12 employees stated that they are suffering from role ambiguity in the organization. MARS models was used as the main framework to explore the role ambiguity issue through aspects of ability, motivation, role perception and organizational support. Root cause analysis of the problem using the Current Reality Tree (CRT) found a variety of situations that trigger role ambiguity in organization. The final result of this study is a proposed solutions to overcome the ambiguity issue within organization. The proposed solution was made to encourage them to adapt with the ambiguity issues. By elaborate the antecedent factors in ethical climate framework with the finding issues, the proposed solution consists of scrum, OKR and recruitment is expected can shape the organizational culture, improve a new work environment and provide a valuable experience for employees. text
