At present, the company is collaborating on one of BIG's project called the Hydrographic Survey Package 5, Maluku Site. Currently the company experienced decrease in productivity of the planned progress targets that have been determined during the first months to the fourth month. This is due to the eviation on plan progress with actual progress from 4.17% to 29.05% on the current total workload, this deviation caused a loss in operational costs of Rp 886,245,668.30. From the business issue, determined a root problem in the existing system in this work that occurs in the scope of work Sounding with Singlebeam and Multibeam which is the largest work activity through pareto analysis, where no collaborative design between low level workers and mid-high level workers is the main root cause of failure for companies to achieve targets in work where the Percent Plan Complete conditions are only 46%. After the root of the problem determined, the proposed scenario on alternative solutions are Business Process Redesign, Daily Huddle Meetings, Project Management Software Implementation. after the selection of the best alternative solution for the company is carried out by using the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this process the stakeholders were involved to chose Daily Huddle Meetings as the best solution for PT. Inomata Konsultama with the expectation of increasing productivity on PPC to 63.57% and reducing operational costs by Rp. 266,762,148.51. text
