Summary: | Knowledge maturity of employees should improvement organization performance.
Level of knowledge aims to reached organization goal. Central Statistical Agency
(CSA) is a public service that provided data and produced many of statistical
indicator. CSA public service quality depended on how every employee described
statistical indicator into society and stakeholders. The problem is improvement
knowledge of statistical indicator which is hampered by daily work activity and cost
limited. Difficult learning materials make employee motivation low. A framework
of mobile microlearning based on 3D game should be solve the problem.
Microlearning concept can improvement learning focus of employees during do
daily work activity. The existence of 3D game can increase motivation and
enthusiasm in learning.
In this research used Design Research Methodology (DRM). Perspective study
stage proposed a framework by combining ADDIE, Serious Game Design,
Microlearning Design Principles and Unity3D Engine. Proposed framework was
applied that involved 30 employees, and then the result was compared with 30
employees’ result that learned with conventional method. Based on the test of two
independent sample (U Mann-Whitney), it concluded that the difference between
gain score of experimental group (M=16,74) and control group (M=8,44) was
statistically significant (p-value < 0,05).
Based on Wilcoxon Rank Test, it concluded that 3D Game Based Mobile
Microlearning method can improvement motivation and enthusiasm on learning
better than conventional learning method (p-value<0,05).
