There is rapid development of small and micro business in food and beverage industry. Because of this, the competition between competitors will be tight and new entrants who want to compete must have good basic tools such as business model canvas (BMC) to compete between other competitors. In the beginning, Fatboy donburi has good response from their customers when join the bazzar. The owner decided to active follow bazzar to find the right business model for their business. Since the business still new, the right business model canvas is needed to run the business with guidance because there are inconsistent sales happened in Fatboy donburi. In this study, researcher obtained the data from primary data and secondary data. To help identify the condition of Fatboy donburi, this study was conducted with qualitative methods namely field observation and interview. Secondary data is needed to collect new business model canvas as benchmark for Fatboy donburi to get the objectives of this study is to provide proposed business model canvas for Fatboy donburi based on current condition business model in food and beverage industry. The results of this study, there are exploration three business model canvas taking from several business in food and beverage industry in accordance with the current condition such as Yummy corp., Kulina, and Go-kitchen. From there, we can modify the Fatboy donburi business model canvas to run their business itself and get the new business which change in customer segments, value proposition, customer relationships and channels. text
