Through the means of six in-depth interviews, this study explores the extent to which the green behavior of employees, whose organization is rooted in its pro-sustainable nature, are impacted by green internal practices. The study concludes that despite the lack of supportive environment and limited circumstances, the keenness to practice sustainability remains strong. text
