Description
Summary:Image-based object tracking provides many benefits, especially in areas closely related to surveillance systems, such as the field of defense and security, and others. The use of digital images in red, green, blue color formats is something that is often used in charge-coupled devices for tracking objects, but there are obstacles when observations are made in low light conditions. The use of thermal cameras with temperature information can help object tracking systems in low light conditions so that they can be used at night or in foggy weather. Departing from these problems, a system is needed that can follow moving objects using a thermal camera. In its application, the method of acquiring thermal data into images that can be processed is needed so that tracking of the moving object can be carried out. Image processing is needed to translate infrared images into images with red, green, blue color formats so that information from objects can be obtained. To be able to perform tracking, image-based system control is needed. Visual Servoing Algorithm is an image-based control system algorithm to control the tracking of objects that are applied to this system.
