Based on the evaluation results, management expects an increase in innovation performance from all employees at BPJS Kesehatan. The issue of innovation also occurs at BPJS Kesehatan KC Cimahi. The lack of innovations documented is an issue that needs to be discussed. This study aims to improve innovation performance in BPJS Kesehatan KC Cimahi through innovation process concept. According to previous research, organizational support and knowledge management influence innovation performance. In order to find the best solution to improve innovation process, this study explore the variables and find the relationship among them. This study uses mixed method by interview and spreading questionnaire to 49 employees in BPJS Kesehatan KC Cimahi. After data collection, data testing was conducted with SmartPLS application. Result of data processing is a model that describe relationship between organizational support, knowledge management, and innovation process. The finding of this study indicate that knowledge management directly influence innovation process. Organizational support directly influences knowledge management. Organizational support does not influence innovation process directly, but through knowledge management. Based on the findings, there are several proposed solutions to increase innovation process, so BPJS Kesehatan KC Cimahi has a better innovation performance. text |
