Summary:The Makeup Artist business is getting more and more promising, thus Makeup Artist players keep growing. To face competition in this market, we have to provide satisfaction to customers. The way to find out if customers are satisfied is by knowing the quality of service and the intention to make customers repeat their purchases. Repetitive buying is important because we know the extent to which customers will repeatedly buy the services we offer, we also can know if business growth has been achieved. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and intention to repeat buying of Makeup Artist Services. This study uses a quantitative approach with an online survey method to collect data and PLS-SEM also IPA to analyze the relationship between variables. The number of samples is 210 respondents who are women aged 17-35 years, domiciled in West Java or Jakarta or Banten, and have used the services of Makeup Artist. The results of the study will explain the effect of service quality variables on repurchase intentions when using Makeup Artist services.
