The output of Design Thinking are new services that can speed up the development process according to what IT Officer needs. In addition to Design Thinking, this study also uses Value Proposition Canvas to determine pains, gains, and customer jobs that will then be mapped to pain relievers, gain creators, and services. The prototypes created in this research use low-fidelity prototypes and high-fidelity prototypes. Low-fidelity prototypes are created using storyboards while high-fidelity prototypes use live prototypes. After testing the prototype, next step is scoring using trifecta innovation considering desirability, feasibility, and Viability. text
