Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) as a capital market regulator in Indonesia, needs to increase the system used and compatibility by the capital market industry in the world. With the increasing number of investors today, the frequency of trading is also increasing so that technological innovation is needed to handle this. in anticipation of this, IDX has upgraded the system and then the Exchange Members must adjust their system using new protocols. There are obstacles when the process of developing a new protocols on the Exchange Members side caused the go-live target delayed. In this research will be find out what is needed by IT Officers to speed up the process of developing new protocols. To know the needs of IT Officer will use Design Thinking approach. Design Thinking process consists of empathizing, defining, ideation, prototyping, and testing. The output of Design Thinking are new services that can speed up the development process according to what IT Officer needs. In addition to Design Thinking, this study also uses Value Proposition Canvas to determine pains, gains, and customer jobs that will then be mapped to pain relievers, gain creators, and services. The prototypes created in this research use low-fidelity prototypes and high-fidelity prototypes. Low-fidelity prototypes are created using storyboards while high-fidelity prototypes use live prototypes. After testing the prototype, next step is scoring using trifecta innovation considering desirability, feasibility, and Viability. text |
