The main causes of high work accidents in construction projects are closely related to the unique project characteristics, work location, weather conditions, execution time, use of heavy equipment, and a large number of workers. Work accidents in the construction sector have recently become a concern for all parties, because they can cause very large losses, ranging from material, equipment, and cost losses, low work productivity, and even fatalities. Every resource involved in a construction project has the right to be guaranteed safety and health. The magnitude of the demand for zero accidents in a project, the project implementer demands to be able to apply the K3 culture so that the development process can be carried out properly. K3 culture is the attitude of a group/organization that is committed to believing that health and safety is a very important aspect to be a concern in managing a job.
