In addition, electric cars have a much better level of energy efficiency compared to gasoline cars. For this reason, the construction of facilities such as showrooms for sales, service facilities and charging stations to meet consumer needs. This project is a building with the main commercial typology with its main function being a car showroom and a service center. Apart from its main function, this building is also equipped with other supporting facilities such as offices, public parking, charging stations, cafeteria, and canteens for workers. The project has an area of about 19,000 m2 and located on Jl. BSD Boulevard Utara No.35G, Lengkong Kulon, Pagedangan, Tangerang, Banten. This location is adjacent to the car showroom of the Astra Group which consists of Toyota, Daihatsu, Peugeot, Isuzu, BMW and Honda. The main issues in designing this project are the brand image and circulation. The building is divided into two zones, namely the showroom zone and the service workshop zone. The circulation of vehicles is separated based on the zone so that the circulation of vehicles carrying goods for the workshop is separated from the circulation of visitor. This building has three floors, on the ground floor there is a main showroom area and a service workshop, on the second floor there is an edutainment area and staff offices, and on the third floor there is an owner and management office area. The floor area of the building is close to 8000 m2. This building will later adapt modern technology that can generate its own electrical energy using solar power. In addition, the building area will be surrounded by green plants to provide a natural atmosphere that is unified with technology. text |
