ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT. TELKOM as one of information and communication enterprise in regional, had determined various transformation regulatory to compete global competition. One of them is redesign of business process which is to create enterprise operational more effective and efficient. Existing business process PT. TELKOM refers to various basis, such as SOA, ISO, and management regulatory, so that a business process had more than one form. The basis used by PT. TELKOM in designing business process has not described end to end detail and has no flexibility toward equipment and organization. Therefore, PT. TELKOM launch regulatory for using eTOM framework Enhanced Telecom Operations Map) as a basis in designing business process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> eTOM framework is an international standard business process framework for service provider enterprise which is developed by Tele Management Forum (TM FORUM). eTOM framework had element standard which help service provider enterprise in designing or redesign business process with high consistency and quality in creating end to end business process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In designing of business process order fulfillment Leased Channel on back room section, firstly should to decompose of existing business process from global level (level 0) to detail level (level 2). These decomposition aim to find of function correlation or crossing between existing business process wand eTOM framework. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of designing business process order fulfillment LC on back room section showing that eTOM framework can produce end to end business process which including all of elements, from ordering by customer to delivery service. Beside that, function definition of eTOM framework element give standard definition, so the business process based on eTOM framework had flexibility towards equipment and organization.
