Pension funds play an important role in driving the economy, because in addition to ensuring the welfare of the workforce after they enter retirement also help the development of the real sector through investment efforts. With the number of funds managed, the impact of investments made by pension funds will be very significant. On the other hand, with the growth of pension funds, the government must pay attention to some of the problems and problems that still arise in the management of pension funds. Therefore, pension payment services are highly contested by various government-owned banks or private banks. Because if the bank gets permission from the owner of the pension fund to be a place to pay and collect pension funds, the bank can offer financial products, pension loans. One bank that has experience regarding this business is Mio Bank. But in recent years, the number of active customers in the Mio Bank pension sector has increased significantly. It is accelerated by the outbreak of the covid-19 virus. Therefore, Bank Mio needs a strategy related to how they can restore the number of active customers by making customer acquisitions. This research uses two data collection methods, namely Qualitative with senior manager level interviews and also leader levels using quantitative methods in the form of surveys and questioners aimed at customers. text |
