INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/65521 We understand bullying as a form of maltreatment that done by an individual or group toward a helpless victim periodically (Chai et al., 2020). We gather the data using purposive sampling with the criteria of Indonesian employee that experience bullying through the online questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of five sections: first section is the demographic question, the second is bullying section, we construct the question using items from COPSOQ III namely from the domain of gossip, unpleasant teasing, work related harassment, sexual harassment, threat to violence, physical violence, and bullying. we also use Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) for subjective wellbeing section, UCLA loneliness scale for loneliness section, and Koopman individual work performance assessment for Work performance section. We gather 126 data that we process using multiple regression analysis. We assume that loneliness and subjective wellbeing would affect the relationship between workplace bullying and work performance and made hypotheses based on those claims. The result of the study shows that there is a simultaneous effect from each variable to the work performance. subjective wellbeing has moderating effect to the relationship between workplace bullying and work performance but have no mediating effect. while Loneliness has both mediating and moderating effect to the relationship. this result explain that bullying may not be the main deciding factor but rather an aspect that altogether affects work performance. The result of this study expected to broaden the understanding of bullying and helps organization to make policy based on the result, the limitation of this study is that the size of the sample can be considered small and that this study is cross-sectional. The further research for the loneliness and subjective wellbeing is advised. Keywords: Workplace Bullying, Loneliness, Subjective Wellbeing, Work Performance. text
