The planning for this mini-hydro power plant uses the Cileunca Reservoir which is 700m long to power the power plant using a penstock. Based on calculations using the NRECA rain-runoff model, it is determined that the reliable design discharge is 30% and 80% and after routing the reservoir, the design discharge is 1.22 m3/s with a net fall height of 43.1 m.
