Currently, mining activities in pit C2HS are constantly shifting which causes the hauling distance between the front loading and front disposal to become further away, where this will have an impact on increasing operating costs or overall. One of the alternative that can be done to shorten this hauling distance is to build a new access road and construct a new bridge that crosses the Sambarata river. The main factor that needs to be considered is that this project uses and operate in just 2.5 years (2023-2025) considering the mining concession permit granted by the government of the Republic of Indonesia to PT. Berau Coal is only up to 2025, meaning that this investment must be able to generate a return greater than the CAPEX before the contract expires. Therefore, investment decisions must go through a comprehensive analysis of economic parameters so that the decisionmaking process is correct. To measure business conditions, the PESTLE framework is used to determine the influence of external factors on the project and the overall business environment, while the analysis of the company's internal capabilities is carried out by identifying the company's tangible and intangible resources.Capital Budgeting is used to evaluate the financial feasibility of the project, including sensitivity analysis of several economic parameters. It is also carried out to determine what parameters have a significant impact on the project's economic. text |
